    I'm reading 'The Hunting of the Last Dragon' by Sherryl Jordan..

    She's a NZ author, and it was recommended to me by Thanatos..I had to actually buy her books from the US because I couldn't find them here..

    It's fabulous

    Lord of Snow and Shadow, by Sarah Ash

    It's an interesting read, a bit different to the usual fantasy..

    It's about a young man, who inherits from his father the ability to change into a Dragon, kind of..his father dies and the legacy passes to him..it's not a good thing though, although it means he rules his people, it also means he has no control over the dragon who shares his body..

    also there is a young girl (love interest of course) she is a soul singer, she can bring sould back from the other realm to inhabit the bodies of snow owls..the souls/owls help the armies of that clan to fight...

    His clan and hers are enemies, but they're trying to bring their people together..

    It's interesting, and getting more so the more I read..

    I just recieved Phantasmagoria Tales of Fantasy and The Supernatural, from a friend.

    I have not started reading it yet, but it looks interesting.
    It is a collection of stories about fairies and other supernatural beings.

    Right now I'm reading Vetter og skrømt i norsk folketro; which, as the title clearly implies, is a book on old Norwegian folklore, dragons, trolls, elvish people and The Small Ones Who Live In The Ground.

    Yes, the title clearly implies that :shock:

    "Lolita" by Nabokov. No, J/K.
    Seriously, I just finished one of the silliest books I've ever read. "Dragon tears" by Dean Koontz. Usually if I'm looking for cheap thrills, Koontz delivers the goods, but this was... I'm not sure, but "abysmal" springs to mind.

    /// SPOILER ///
    Dear Mr Koontz: Ordinary dogs are not as intelligent as humans, and it's very unlikely that a dog could solve a problem that two experienced police officers could not (unless the problem in question involves chasing a cat, of course).
    /// SPOILER ENDS ///

    Obsidian Butterfly- Laurell K. Hamilton

    Another in the Anita Blake series, this time Anita goes to back up the assassin Edward, who just happens to be my favorite character from the series. I've been waiting for this one as it has been called "The Edward Book" 8)

    I've been reading stupid chick-lit romances..

    I dunno why, because the happily ever fafter crap always depresses me, because life doesn't work out that way..

    I guess I'm a closet optimist

    "Bearing an Hourglass" by Piers Anthony. It's the second book of the "Incarnations of Immortality" series. Anthony is one of my favorite writers and book one of this series "On a Pale Horse" is the reason I have part of my sn.
