She's a girl I met on another forum..
She had a breast reduction which included a free nipple graft, which means removing the nips totally, then grafting them back on,
It's only done with really large reductions..and it means there will be no feeling in the nips, coz the nerves have been cut..
Sometimes though, the graft doesn't take, and it seems like that's happening with her..if the grafts are rejected, she'll end up with perky itty bitty titties..
and no nipples...

Once they're reattached, some of the nerve pathways re-establish themselves, so they do have nerves, just not like they used to..

sometimes the nerves never regenerate, so there is no feeling, sometimes they do..
most times it's only partial..

Nipples aren't genitals, but guys nipples are a bit different to girls nipples..they're not as sensitive, or sexy
