well if you're gonna be cheap...
I'd like to come BUT perhaps next winter... we'll see we'd like to just come for a leisure visit and then go somewhere crazy... like Winnipeg... you coming to Vancouver or Edmonton (Canada) anytime soon? If there's NHL I'll get us tix... if there's NHL... sigh... So who's your picks aside from Germany to win the World Cup? Canada has a good shot at... well making it in this year. Who am I kidding we don't have a shot, unless they play on ice...

Because the Fifa is sponsored by companys like Mc Donalds or Budweiser you wont get any Germany Beer in the stadium or " a gscheide Bradwoschd", so I decided not to go. I rather go to one of the 1000 Super Screens on public Market Places or Volksfest Tents. And since I have Pay TV anyway I will be able to see all the games for free on TV. And I get enought atmosphaere on the Autobahn when I drive by Frankfurt...

    Ahhh yes American Corporations.
Ahhh McDonald's and Budweiser... other american corp rapidly watering down our Canadian society as well... enjoy it only gets worse. Actually you can watch a great Canadian Documentary called "The Corporation" regarding all such things... It should be in German at this time. Our favorite American sports moment was when American television decided that Hockey was to confusing so they put a comet tail on the end of the puck so that fans could see the puck easier... so stupid. Americans have been slowly destroying hockey, salaries, stupid rules, advertising... etc... Slowly we've been rejecting American corps in small ways but embracing them in others... Ahhh America, they're so nice in the begining offering TV's, quick food, watered down beer and dim movies with lots of explosions, mixed with watered down religion... and then they bomb you. Have a good day.

Sorry there are alot of spelling/gramerical errors in the above message... I worked late and I'm still waking up before my next shift. Can I blame American Corporations for that? Perhaps.

Almost 5 goals - but good enough :D
I guess so far we are the best team. England won with very much luck and the Ivry Coast lost with very much bad luck. Lets see how the Netherlands are doing tomorrow :pukeright:

So, only 4 Teams left - all Europeans. Lets see how Germany will do against Italy, but I hope with Argentina we already had the hardest team to play....
