hey, i would like to get some info on the proposed eu constitution. i know it was rejected, but i would just like some basic info on what the proposal was, pros, cons, perspectives...

Well, not much of a purpose - just that those countrys are exact as nationlistic as they (and others) were 60 Years ago. Why should a country loose its idendity? Nobody needs Europe as ONE country. Thats all!

Well, not actually one law for all countrys, more that the same law counts in all countrys (makes that sense)...
