cuz she is a decent hero killer
i would say go for int/dmg, and mana regen and flask/pots and some stats (like 2 circs or such or null) and bos/treads
as skill build is clear i guess
nuke3, aura 2, ulti

nice herokiller and summoner... it can summon about 6 elfs 700hp...support siege hero... isnt that useless... my build is:
generator
robe
bos
2circ
lava

but the problem with luna it is not for lane at beginning with her nuke , it is after because he is not a good sieger , not good for def . that why i said he is useless .
And her heros dont help for siege because the best sieger in senti are melee.
there are only the combo fn + luna who is interesting ( i think :) )
my build :
ror + bos + 2x null + lava + cheese

I understand u have this feeling...but belive me her presence to siege makes a huge difference if tanker is dk, cause the dk damages become insane with aura :wink: . And y summons are usefull..or not depending on ud def heroes...

personnally i prefer get rowen if u want dk with imba damage ... but ok maybe luna is not so useless but u can be sure if i dont random her i dont pick her ... :P :D

That's why i think DK, PL, FN, Luna and Rowen can be very imba in a 5 men siege.....

Luny and useless? Dun think so. Very nice in siege, and goddam, build her right and that biatch can kick ass.
Summons in siege, and that nuke is quite anoying.
My build:

Oh damn the almighty luna O_O
if ur a real good laner start with nothing and save for lava+bos first
otherwise get a ror ...
then go for euls, cheese and pots... flask when no pd in the game
nulls are just too expensive and a lava/euls are more helpfull
i think luna sux in siege alone (veno or ts can stop too easy a summon push)
position decides the game like usual... go siege and def pd or camp and farm/scout

i think lunar is not that useless
if she lanes vs sum intel hero (nec, sr) she can own the lane with her nuke...
but in late game i think she is getting weaker and weaker, if she defends.. so she has to support siege (with FN spiders and call with lunar aura is cool dmg)
