Tal All,
After discussing with family, I would like to lay down a few things in here, and get an input, if possible.
this is related to City slaves solely, as I dont deal with personally owned.
City slaves are at the disposition of all citizens, but they arent owned by citizens, they are owned by the city and the one that represent the City in his or her quality of city slaver.
City slaves are there for your comfort, to obey you in anything you may wish, but their instructions, their commands, much like a personally owned, they seek it from the one they respond to ultimately, aka the representant of the city set on lead of the slaves.
Use them as you see fit, command them, order them, punish them, have them work for you, accompany you to the market, carry your things, clean your clothes, etc etc etc...but they do not belong to members in terms of ownership.
The collar, much like a personally owned, have a primary owner, and I dont believe is fair to have it changed to put another at the place of the primary owner.
If you want them to kneel, order them, if they dont, punish them, as simple as that, but please, dont have them replace the owner by another just because, is a lack of respect for whoever is in charge of them and his or her profession, not to mention that these girls, that are still learning, will get confused as to whom they respond to in the end.
Now a small information on city slaves by the books.
Those were there to work for the city, laundry, carry messages within the city, attend to citizens that may have needed them...and etc...some of those tasks...against payment. They were not as we see online, used for all and anything.
Bath slaves were owned by the Baths owner, Tavern slaves were owned by the Tavern owner, and etc etc etc...online does permit that leevay..but because they are city slaves, they arent open game for anything and whatever.
Now the use of the collar, the amethyst collar allows you to have a leash come out, normally, if not let me know and I will see to it.
Some rules that the girls are to respect.
1) Kneel in tower when FWs present and nadu when no FM present, this for red silks. If a red silks is already in service to a FM or a FW she does as told, by the person.Her focus is on the one she serves
2) White silks are to kneel in tower no matter to whom.
3) They can be punished by any for whatever the reason, all I ask is no maiming or permanent marking, if killed compensation will be sought. Also a note to be send to me with the offence..so that i can correct for the best.
4) Slaves arent to follow any out of the town UNLESS is with a Member of the Jasmine.
5) The Tal or greetings both are allowed. Since both are in the books
6) The third person speech or first person, both can be used. Normally, the third person speech was much used as a reminder for the lsave of her position, often referred as *speak as a slave* but both are recognized.
7) Slaves dont travel on their own in any gorean cities (except Markets)
8) Slaves do wear a combat meter, they are no more or less gorean then any other in the city.
Obviously, slaves are at the whim of the Frees and do as they are told, but much like for personally owned, you would expect your rules to be respected (If Gor in essence of course), same applies here.
If ever a slave argues, obviously you are free to punish her. You are a free person.
For my part, I hope to have soon, one of them be able to serve in the Tavern and in the baths.
There is a load of things scattered in the city, scrubs, wash bassins, ramberries to collect, Ta grapes to collect, beat the rugs, churn butter..and etc..that can be used ...make the slave work...thy are at your command, and there isnt anything more boring then have to sit and do nothing waiting to be commanded around.
of course is not forbidden to have that material used by personally owned, is at the disposition of the city...smile..
I awaits your comments and input...as this is to improve the city slaves, interaction for their betterment and our enjoyment.
Dont forget!They are slaves and want ot be treated as slaves, not as subbie princesses..or some glass furniture that as soon as you touch they break.
