OK, here is what I found out about ISYX.
First off, it was a pleasure to speak to Mr. Riner, CEO of ISYX today. He spoke openly about all of the questions I had for him.
1) Mr. Riner informed me that there were no plans at all to do any reverse splits. He said that they are done with reverse splits. In fact, the company is currently planning to do a buyback of shares to reduce the O/S. Mr. Riner mentioned to me that in the past, he diluted shares after saying that he wouldn't. He explained further that in that particular case, he was forced to dilute as his only option at the time for the sole purpose of getting another signed contract for the company. He assured me that this would not happen again.
2) Mr. Riner currently has 1.4 million dollars of his own money invested in ISYX, and he is as bullish as ever about the future of this company.
3) Mr. Riner informed me of the places that ISYX technology was already in use. If I heard correctly, one of the places is in Palm Beach, in one of Donald Trump's resorts! There are a few other locations using ISYX technology very close to me in Fort Lauderdale and in South Beach. There are more locations in the company portfolio where ISYX technology is currently being used that are not mentioned in this post. I will visit the locations that are close to me when I have the time and will report what I find out to the board.
4)Mr. Riner informed me that in their top locations, their technology is used by as many as 70% of all of the guests! That is a huge percentage!
5) There will be AUDITED financials coming out for ISYX. I asked him twice to confirm what I heard. In addition, he advised me that he expected ISYX to be listed favorably when the new Pink Sheet categories get applied to stocks in August by the SEC. (They were moved up from May)
6) We left an open line of communication and I will use it as much as possible to get as many answers for us.
In my opinion, this company is in the right technology at the right time. WiFi and VOIP is everywhere we look! The summer is here and people will use ISYX's products when they travel to the resorts it is being offered in. Let's face it, timesharing is HOT and to have the triple play ISYX offers in these locations is a huge plus for all.
At today's current prices ( par value) I do not see a major risk here.
