If you have problems with the fy_iceworld maps, read this. You need the de_vegas.wad file, that is a texture pack for maps such fy_iceworld, needed if you want play these maps. So follow these steps:
1) Download the wad file here (in this case de_vegas.wad):
ftp://ftp.csbanana.com/maps/de_vegas.wad.zip
Here you cand find all the maps of CS:
ftp://ftp.csbanana.com/maps
2) Copy de_vegas.wad into your cstrike folder. For example:
D:\games\steam\steamapps\0d9d787g6df7gf67d8\counter-strike\cstrike <--- copy file here
3) Play!!!
(the links work, if not retry again. If you want to see maps and it ask for a password, exit from the site and retry)

dont know if i have the file, i will check it. (but i think so)
but we had the problem on our server, i think 8ball had done it will till yet
