Ok so I took some of the ideas given and added a few and heres what we have for the general rules of the forum.
No Racism. Meaning do not talk about another persons race in a derogatory manner. This will not be tolerated at all. And if you slip up you will be warned and anytime after that we will issue a suspension.
No Spamming. That means no floods of multiple threads/replies, no advertising and please try to search for threads before making one to avoid double posting, if you do it may get locked. Also, read the categories and post each thread accordingly, don't make us move them.
Avatars. Images in your avatars must be no larger than 150x150. Sig images ARE allowed.

No Smartass Remarks Overdone. This will not be tolerated by anyone, no matter who. If anyone attempts to be this way, you will be warned. If the same persists, then he or she will be removed.
