I am so much fed up with frog legged girls, you know?
A few days ago I´ve collared a young girl whose name was Inca Sella. After my last experience with that kinky spanish suicide-girl I was more cautious. At first it seemed to be perfect. She was a good submissive white silk. First I thought I am going to check her knowledge and readiness for several situations in RP before I might step further. But yesterday she began to ignore me, switched off her online status and didn´t answer to any question. What went wrong? She came from a online Gor-Chat and therefore I thougt she was aware of what she was up to. I am close to offer a reward for any information about her or a possible new Master...

I do tend to agree with you but look at many that rp they change roles all the time one min they are a slave then a FW then a panther and back again they dont take the time to allow a role to develop.
The other day a girl came to the city she said she was abandoned so i talked to her put her in a kennel for safety and went to the city she came from to talk to someone. No one was there so i left a note with the admin and when i came back to the city she was gone. I had told her what i was doing and would not be long seems the princess thought i was to long.'
I get to the point of wondering why bother why try to build up a RP story when others want it NOW

The problem is more deep then just a slave being bored or as such.
It goes to the very root of the gorean understanding. Problems arise when some people do understand very well what gorean mentality is, what it entails, what it means, and RP following those ways and they, then, meet those that dont want to know, never wanted to know, dont care to know, learn and even worse, dont want to be corrected or told they are wrong, and so they do anythign whatever and destroy possible RP, good RP most of the time, and frustrate to no end those that know Gor would like to live and experience some more of it.
Slaves are caught in the middle, and play with it, they are supposed to be led by Frees, in truth, not supposed to, is what WE are to do, because well we are Free and they are slaves, but when the Free doesnt know then the slave that knows even less, is showed wrong tihngs, taught wrong, and gets on with that idea, and makes out of her and Gor a joke, so when she meet one that knows, that actually, takes her in hand, drive, her teach her, punish her, sell her or what not, then is a scream for a crime, and is so unfair, and is no fun and etc etc..well you get the idea.
I am sorry to say this, much like for Frees that play a role, and a Warrior that enters a battle, the outcome being uncertain and he goes along with it, or a FW captured and becomes a slave, and has to go along with it ..so is for slaves, teh notion of choice, of safety, of care, of whatever is not inherent to their role, but SL online community made it as such that slaves are protected..poor things even if captured and caught doing stupid things elsewhere..cant bare the consequences of their actions..because well tehy belong to a Man and that Man said for ehr to X out and such...bah..that is plain ridiculous.and totally stupid....slaves DOTN have a choice..but WE Frees made it so...so yes WE, frees, are guilty of this state, complaining afterwards that the slave x out, ran away or such, isnt changing the problem, give them what they are here for, aka being slaves, and stay true to your role of a gorean Man or Woman..and if this is spread throughout SL Gor.then maybe things will start to improve..when peopel realize that doing whatever whenever is not allowed and will bring consequences, until this is done, there will be slaves bored, poor things (insert sarcastic sound) there will be whiney slaves and etc etc.
If you unertake a role, you are fully aware of what said role entails...for slaves, being sold, killed, beaten..given away, rented away, at the whim of the owner or the free. raped and what not....there is no limitations....this is RP...for Frees...to teach slaves, take time. to learn of a caste to actually know Gor..and so forth is also a must..
So the responsability befalls on all shoulders..the point is...most dont want this...afterall..being serious about something isnt fun....yet..the fun of Gor is precisely being serious in being gorean.
Treat a slave as she or he should be treated...be a gorean Man or Woman as you should be...and things will go in place..Seek for answers, seek for self evolvement and so forth and maybe we will get to a point where all can RP and experience somethign that we all are here for...and signed in for it. Be gorean and develop a gorean community, lifestylers and roleplayers, have their place in here.. afterall online even lifestylers are RPers...or they would nto fly tarns...and ride kaiillas..and roleplayers..couldnt RP if they didnt have the knowledge...of what a Tarn or a Kaiila is..though some dont know it ..but that is another whole story.
Gor is not somethign that can be edulcorated, is a harhs world, where rules are even harsher then on Earth,..where codes means much more then even one's life...in short
Be a Gorean Man or learn of it..otherwise dont bother
Be a Gorean Woman or learn of it..otherwise dont bother
Be a Panther/talunas or learn of it...otherwise dont bother
Be a slave or learn of it...otherwise dont bother
A slave that runs away because treated harshly..should be hunted down..claimed back...taken in hand...worked upon..and sold in a public auction....but that is me...what do I know
