1.
There are 5 Basemembers: Coda, Exp, Disci, me and one more that hasn't been chosen yet.
2.
Peopls who cheat and/ or smurf have no chance to get in the clan.
3.
Every member who joins musn't be a noob and must be willed to learn new sets - means, if the whole clan plays a set very often, a person who cant play it, tries to learn that -.
4.
Members who can play a set, should help those who can't.
5.
If a member wants to join, he must register in the forum and write a join us - in English of course, as well as all the other posts should be -.
6.
The vote will take place in uWs votes in forum, so that every clan member who makes the effort to visit the forum can vote.
7.
You have the chance to vote for 2 weeks, those who didn't vote in that time, miss their chance.
8.
If u say yes to a member, be sure, that he is known, not an obvious cheater or smurf and not a total noob AND is a teamworker
9.
Don't say no just for fun no, if there are information others didnt know so far but which are necessary for the votes, please let us know.
10.
A memberstop will be decided by vote as well - 75% of the voters but at least 50 % of the whole clan must want a memberstop, no votes will take place then. as soon as more than 75% of the voters and at least 50% of the whole clan want new members, there will be new votes about ppl who want to join
11.
Someone who wants to join needs 80% of the votes to get in, but if all 5 Basemembers decide against someone, there will be no chance to join for that person who wants to join
12.
A basemember loses its position if 80% of all members who vote but at least 50% of the clan are against that person as Basemember, that vote would take place for 4 weeks.
13.
A new Basemember would be elected in that case, that election would take place for 4 weeks
14.
If there are many complains about a member, there will be a vote wether that person should be kicked or not. 80% must want the member to be kicked, if all basemembers want that person to be kicked, there is no need for votes, but they have to explain why
15.
Smurfs and cheater will be kicked immediately without votes
16.
Any changes in the system need 80% of the votes
17.
New members get a trial time of 3 weeks. This doesn't count for members who already are in the clan.

Always give your best
19.
Respect other players
With 50% of the clan, 50% of the active members are meant

I would just like to add that our clan should strongly inforce people staying active on the forum, expecially the basemembers... Every member should be present on the forum every two-three days, and if your going to be away for the game for a period longer then the two-three days please leave a note on the forum.

i absolutly agree with you, nothing is gonna work if the clan members aren't active in the forum.
