Tall All,
Lately, a recurent problem is happening often in Jasmine, from girls that belongs to Members of the city and from girls that come from outside.
Jasmine is an RP sim, we RP Gor...and as Gor people expect to be treated, I hope.
If you are a slave then act as one. So here comes a few reminder
When you are out of your Owner's sight, you respond TO ALL Frees.. no matter what...otherwise DONT go out and around without your Owner
One rule though that cant be changed is that to ALL slaves in Gor..Free Man are Masters and Free Women are Mistress...this is not negociable or modulable according if you like or not the Free Man or the Free Woman.
I am fed of subbie princesses acting as if they were Free just because they believe a collar is a protection, well news here..IS NOT.
NEither are the docks a safe place to do and say whatever you want, I really dont care what your Owner wants you to do or not to do...when out of his direct supervision and on your own, you are at the whim of any. and then whatever is said to you is law, you comply and the only words you can say are *yes Master/MIstress*..you can notecard it..and send it to your Owner..for revision..BUT it DOESNT belogn to ANY Of you (slaves) to decide..and say NO. I dont care if your Owner is of the red Caste, if it is a Ubar or whatever, there are things that can be changed and others that cant. Calling me Lady is not a word a gorean slave would say that is left for the Free Person and a slave is NOT a Freer, so please do me a favour, learn to face the consequences of actions.
Now a second reminder: Frees Women are above you, Free Women despise slaves, and FW are Free...they can beat you if they wish..for no reasons..that TOO is Gor...is it done?.no...because well I feel it idiotical to beat for no reasons...though calling me Lady IS a reason enough to beat you and badly, if I wanted to, not that it would serve to something.
And something I despise among everything, is denial of RP, proper RP, you mess up, you pay the price, some of you out there are for RP..well that doesnt go one way, and only when it is in your favour.
I would hope that Free Men and Women of Gor will agree with me, wihch I am sure you all do
Ohh! can someone tell me where I am please ? because at times I really wonder!

PS: Forgot to add.. safe zone is not equal to OOC zone ( or am I mistaken?)

Oh i so have to agree with you here Lady. The times I have caught a slave incorrectly addressing me then when I call them on it i get I am OOC umm no you are being disrespectful. You just greeted a male as Master you are wearing silks you are kneeling in nadu you cant just OOC cause you are rude.
Why does this continue well I guess we have ourselves to blame if the slave is not taught to show respect to FW then they dont know to but if they are taught to and choose not to then they should be punished. Most say they cant be punished by anyone but their owner ( again this is not gorean rules ) ok ill play the game there and i report them but noting is fed back to me no begging for forgiveness so i guess these princesses are the ones in control.
I also have to wonder why someone would come to a RP sim to be OOC the only ones i can think of are those going to do something in the market as is a vendor or someone who needs to work on something in the city ( building , repairing) that they cant RP cause their focus is needed somewhere.
I am a Free Women in being that respect should be shown to me in the city I have my role once which i take great pride in and will do to the best of my ability but I will not be disrespected by princesses You chose to be a Gorean slave then be one and act it .

I agree with every word you have said Melinda. I as well am getting fed up with slaves who think they can run around and talk however they please without conciquence.
news flash girls, you are GOREAN slaves, and in Gor if you are on your own you best damn well hope you dont screw up, because you are at the whim of any Free.

I have to agree. For our girls here in the City to start classes for our slave. As the girls start to learn they will set examples for other who enter the city.
The one who don't obey must be dealt with or reported to his or her Master or Mistress.

Classes would be a great idea but I have noticed when you do report a slave for their actions nothing is done. If anything you are the one that is likely to get a mouthfull from the master making threats to collar you if you dare to make any threats to their " princess". Hello this is gor your girl/boy is not restricted to you and you alone they are answerable to ALL Free if I punish your slave for addressing me by my name or by Lady then you should also punish her when she tells you why i punished her.
Many of your slaves are not so perfect when out of your sight and also remember a Free is NEVER wrong for you as an owner to put down something a Free has said is belittling the role of a Free.

once again i have to agree.
if you dont wwant your slave punished, train them so they act properly.
and further more, if your really uptight about your slave getting punished, then it probably is a good idea not to let them in public without you with them.

And another thing that happens all to often a girl will suddenly OOC. I was told by one Master when I told him of his girls insults "oh she said she was OOC" Well how silly is this to me if i go OOC I dont go to a gor sim I dont wear my gowns of concealment I dont wear my veils then I am OOC. When I am in Gor I am in caricature after all is it not the "caricatures" that are gor is SL

this is good to hear that at least I am not the only one in this situation.
I fear that at times our girls are driven away by visiting girls that hide behidn the safe zone to not be responsible of their actions.
Reported those girls arent punished but encouraged in their behaviour..maybe we should have them wear an observer tag and this way keep them silent..but something has to be done..because well the trend is increasing..

Maybe if/when the dock is not a safe zone it will stop them just sitting about with the panthers being rude and forgetting their place. When in RP shoudl one know know something of who they are meant to be? We have panthers wanting to play the merc slaves wanting to be panthers please if you want to RP and you have for what ever reason taken a role then please do some reading up on it panthers would not be hanging about in the open slaves would not be sitting alone on a dock unless their Master told them to. Gee if i owned a slave he woudl not be at the dock what a dangerous place to be. Oh I seen some rats on the dock at Fina maybe if they are added that would move the slaves off there
