Dear all,
I've just been asked by my friend Andreas (Triple) to join this community.
This topic is dedicated to two of the mods I developed.
I anticipate that these mods are no more state-of-the-art, however the techniques developed have been transferred and embraced by Qarl for his state-of-the art QTP3.
The first mod, was developed by me and Mikal33, and is called:
Better Tiling textures for Qarl.
And is an improvement of Qarl texture pack 2. It's main objective is to reduce medium and long range bad tiling effect while keeping close range sharp detail.
The second mod, again based on QTP2, is called:
Parallaxed Qarl textures
Again, it's based on QTP2, and adds parallax effects (available in Oblivion engine, but barely used)on most architecture textures.
Well, if are you interested in some technical brief about this mods, do not hesitate to post any question about. Altough I'm no more involved in Oblivion modding, sometimes when I find spare time enough I'll post a reply.

Thanks for taking the time and showing up Blade,
I like it to have my mates around in this forum.
Actually several of your improvements like the non tiling stuff and the parallax effects had an heavy impact on QTP 3.
Apart from that some people are still using QTP 2, due to performance issues.
So your mods were or are very important additions to the Qarl Texture Packs.
