do you think its worth starting a list of translated technical terms?
there are some German words that i find hard to get a meaning for.
the post asking for a translation could be made here, then when the translation is agreed it could be added to the "Technical term list". i know i would find this very useful. save me having to do a lot of searching :lol:

Roy,
it is a problem for when german user writing in german and other people not understand what they means.
I think we must made this board only in english languages, then we can make a field with a online translation link.
I also mean that the most people who research aircraft parts can speak english...
We can also make a translation field, but this can be a costly in terms of time...
I use often a online translater, because I don´t know all words in english, or must check how to write it correct :wink:

yes i can see your point
Paul thanks for the offer. i couldnt find a translation for "Zündkerze" the other day and translating spark plug from English to German came up with a totally diferent word..
im not sure if i can trust some one to translate something when they get my name wrong though !! :D :D :lol:
