Good evening, friends. I would like to tell you of my past and how I have come to be sitting here in front of you all.
Many years ago I left my life skills and battle training academy of Rookgaard in hope and also in anxiety over the new experiences, battles and warriors that I should come to encounter in my journey to become a great knight.
When I stepped off the small boat that a group of us unskilled, inexperienced, and anxious tibians sailed to the main continent of Tibia in, I met a few other tibians much of the likes of me. They, too had not seen many battles in their journeys. We became friends and went on many difficult quests and triumphed over much evil. The types of evil that kept coming in swells, like a raging sea, monster after monster.
Over time we had become much more experienced and decided to travel to the far land of Edron, where we had heard from more experienced players, that for a price one could become a great warrior and master of their vocation. We immediately started off to seek this great opportunity.
When we got there many other tibians awaited, wielding massive swords and inpenitrable shields. Their powers overwhelmed me, but I proceeded to seek out my goals and dreams of becoming an elite knight. I went straight to work, slaying massive beasts of the likes I had never seen before with one eye and large beasts that spit fire from their large snouts.
After many years of keeping this new evil at bay, my experiences were not enough to prevent what would happen next. As I was traveling into the depths of Demona some warlocks put a spell on me that forced me to enter the dragon lair of the great city of Venore and challenge the leader of the mighty beasts. He quickly defeated me and I fell from the cliffs, hitting my head on a large boulder and being washed to sea.
Several years later I had awaken in an inn I did not recognize to find all my equipment stolen along with my money and the certificate of membership to my guild missing as well. I was released from the inn with some basic equipment to allow me to survive. I went out in search of my friends, but soon came to the realization that almost all of them had long since perished in battles in the time I had been in my unconscious state.
Though the ones closest to me through my worst times had perished, I had no choice but to forge on and continue my journey. I made my way through many tough trials that had been brewing since my mishap and managed to get a hold of some better equipment for myself.
I stopped in at the tavern in Thais and noticed a familiar face in the crowd.
It was my good friend Mavur from some years back. I shuffled over to him, hoping he would recognize me. "Wong?", he muttered, "Could that really be you? It's been so long..." I was so happy to find a tie to my past, and more importantly, a good friend. He told me of his adventures he had whilst I was gone and of the guild he had been granted the privileges to be a part of.
He brought me to your office and now I am here asking if you would be willing to recruit a fallen warrior who wishes to get back on his feet and make new friends to heal wounds caused by the loss of the ones from long ago.
This is my story. I hope you enjoyed reading it, because I enjoyed writing it. My name is William Koetsch and I live in the United States of America.
I would like to apologize for messing up my previous chance to be a part of this guild. I have no personal enemies, only few friends of which I would like to increase the number. Thank you for reading my submission, and I hope to see you all soon. I play on weekends and also on week days anywhere between 4:30 pm and 11:00 pm eastern time.

I figured I blew off the last one pretty well, but I still wanted to be with a group of active people who help each other out and go on adventures. I also added an rpg story to this one, which does follow the real story of my character pretty well. I will definitely throw a message your way if I see you online. :) Thanks for taking the time to read it!
