Sounds like it would be good - I'll rent it when it comes out on DVD - that's how I do most of the movies I have - I'll watch them and then see if I'd like to have it. When I started replacing my VHS with DVD - there are quite a few of them I've not replaced because I'm either "outgrown" them or they just don't appeal to me anymore. Does that make sense?

I know the feeling. I've already outgrown some of my recently purchased DVD's. That's why I'm very selective about which movies I buy. They're mostly fantasy or historical films.

It's funny when you buy things, you think you'll never "outgrow" them but you do. Unless it's something I want to keep for old times sake - I normally will not replace a VHS with a DVD.

I'm sure that Nathaniel's and Jays parts will be awsome. Not meaning to change the subject but I really wish that in the mini series Into the West, that Thunder Heart Womens family (children) could have met up with their Lakota cousins. Margaret finally met her uncle but I think it would have been neat for Abe, & Jacob Jr. to meet them. Because I got the feeling that enither of them felt like they belonged anywhere.

OOH YEAH ,i was waiting for that till the end
and i cried my heart out when JAcob Jr. died
and would love to have seen a rela ending for Abe ,cause last part you see of him ( Christian Cane) is that he left the rail road when he finished the tracks :(

    Re: The Prestige

    evenstar - 07.03.2007, 03:01

Yeah, that would have been nice. Was one of them Jacob's brother's son? I know that he had a child with Thunder Heart Woman while Jacob was away, but I was a bit confused about that...

    Re: The Prestige

    evenstar - 07.03.2007, 03:02

Oh, and I was also hoping for a resolution to Thunder Heart Woman's first child being stolen. I thought they may have at least shown what happened to her.

    Re: The Prestige

    Idril - 07.03.2007, 19:06

Yeah, that would have been a nice idea.
