ok - here is what I have:
bad headache and my stomach hurts real bad !!! Iīm so glad I survived work today - it was so bad working when you feel sick ... but I couldnīt leave. My stomach is already better, but I still have a headache ...

I hope everyone is still alive and kicking....I stayed in all weekend I was so sick - now my ears are so stopped up everything sounds so strange. I feel better but may have to pay the doctor a visit this week.
We had our first really accumulating snow fall Saturday - it was beautiful - we got around 3 inches but with the weather going up in the 50's and higher the rest of the week - it will all be gone.
Idril and Anne - hope you all are feeling better. Hope the rest is doing well too. I mainly watched ITW and Dreamkeeper - they sustained my weak state.

Yes I'm feeling better and it seems like my ears are trying to unstop which is painful from time to time.
Must say staying in bed and resting up really helped. Too having a portable DVD player is a plus - I can take it to bed with me and watch all my movies :) course I end up going to sleep. I have some ear phones I use.

Our systems were screwed up earlier so for about 1.5 hours I sat and could not get on line - this was from about 7:15 this morning.

I know how you feel, I just got back from a trip to Sydney, where I got "food poisoning" and was sick on the plane. Well, I didn't end up in hospital or anything, but it was horrible. There is nothing worse than being sick on a plane! I will never eat a kebab again... *lol*

Well my meds are just about gone and I'm feeling better but still have a stopped up head :cry: I have been in all weekend - and was off last week a few days from my job. I've been staying in bed and watching movies.
I'm just thankful I don't have strep throat - it's going around rampid here in my area.

Well, my Dad says that kebabs are notorious for giving people food poisoning. Chicken is apparently the meat you are most likely to get sick from. Over here they cook the meat on a big rotisserie type thing, and keep it warm for days, which is apparently the perfect breeding ground for bacteria! I wish I had known this before I ate the chicken kebab *lol*

I'm doing much better - when I get home I go straight to bed - I've finished up my antibotics and my head feels like it's trying to lighten up...my ears are doing better.
I like rotisserie chicken but with any type of meat you have to be careful. I've gotten food poison off of lettece before - it's no fun to get sick from what you eat....

I had that once - that I got sick from food - and it was sooooooooooooo bad !!! I remember it was from a burger and fries I had at our Volksfest ... I thought I was going to die !!! It took me over a week to feel better.

I never got really food poisoned in my life, but I'm still young - more or less - but I'm so terrified of becomming food poisoned. Sure I felt a bit sick after I ate some things but never so much, that I had to stay in bed for a long time.

I had it so bad I had to go to the hospital and spend the day being rehydrated. I was sick sick for about 9 hours straight. Was very weak and also lost about 10 lbs.

That is what the doctor's said because several others had got sick too. Course it's been so long - it could have been some of the other stuff as well. I like my salad's loaded.

Emma doesnīt feel well again - we had to see her doctor this morning. I thought she was doing fine again after she had a fever last Monday/Tuesday, but her dad told me that she was coughing so bad last night that she couldnīt sleep. Because I will have to work all week-end again and my mom will watch my kids, I thought Iīd better go to see the doc. Now she got some meds and I hope sheīll do fine soon ... Iīm so tired - it has been a busy week, plus a child sick - thatīs no fun. I hope that much, that I wonīt get sick now that itīs only 3 weeks to the festival - that would suck! Imagine, me doing all the work and looking forward going there and then getting sick with some fever - NOWAY !!! lol

I hate to here that Emma is sick - this weather over here in the states is really causing problems with sickness. My boss's daughter is sick again for the 3rd time since Christmas and he said yesterday that there are over 140 out of her school and that if anymore get sick they may have to shut down the school. That has happened a to other schools several times this year already then back in 03 it was like that.
Anne you get as much rest as you can - I know it's difficult with the festival coming up and the work needing to be done for it.

I feel better, too. Still having little problems, but those problems come because of my sports. My arms are blue and green and yesterday I did a wrong move with my head and then my neck hurt pretty much. It's better today, but yesterday my head felt like it had it's own pulse. :lol:

green? I thought bruises were black and blue - course I've had a few purple ones. My ears are still a little shaky but since I've got to work tonight I won't get home till around 11. :x I hope business is brisk tonight and not slow.

Oh dear, I know a lot of people who have gotten the flu from having the flu vaccination! My sister got the flu two weeks after having hers.
Is everyone better now? My food poisoning paved the way for a nice throat infection *lol*

Why is everybody so sick? I guess it's cos it's winter in the northern hemisphere, but I'm not sure what our excuse is down at the bottom of the planet! :lol:

I think it's more, because it's so warm and cold at the same time. o warm for winter but too cold for spring. And then there is the rainy weather. :?

oh yes the rain :evil: we've had a nice week and now the are calling for rain on Saturday gur and some more cold weather to move in.....

It was freezing last night and the weather forecast says it may be snowing on Saturday !!! The weather is sooooooooooooooo crazy. Iīm still coughing, but itīs not that bad anymore - only thing thatīs bad is that Iīm so weak ... and I canīt speak loud ... and because of that it was a funny aerobic class last night - I couldnīt really concentrate, started coughing all the time and had to give hand signs instead of telling them what to do - lol. But it was fine with the people - they understood that I felt sick and so it wasnīt a problem. They were happy that the class was taking part at all ...

We had a cold front move in as well and boy did it get cold last night...burr. I'm looking for the weather to start getting crasier and craiser as the time goes by - I dressed lite yesterday and bout froze coming out of work last night. I'm sort of in between lite and heavy today.
I sure hope that cough of yours will go away altogether.

It was 42 degrees celsius here on both Tuesday and Wednesday.
That's 108 degrees fahrenheit!

I reall feel sick ... canīt breathe and Iīm so cold. After coming back from church, Iīll probably jump into my bed and cuddle with my pillow - asking for someone to bring me a tea (but nothing will happen :cry: , because Iīm alone) and finally fall asleep crying ... :cry: ... and I still need to go to work two more days ... omg ... I hope Iīll survive this. I have no meds at home and the pharmacies will be closed when Iīll get off work tomorrow *alomost 40 y/o and still crying for mommy to come and nurse me*

it was in the 20's and 40's here yesterday now today it's in the 50's to 70's. Wish I could continue to go on up instead of plunging back down.

it's so beautiful here - I'm glad I'm off tonight from JCP but it's supposed to be dury tomorrow with rain and cold again :cry: I'm ready for spring even if it means the possiblities of severe weather.

Hey, there's nothing wrong with that! I still cry for my Mum when I'm sick *lol* Aww, I'd bring you a cup of tea if I was there! :cry:

It didnīt get worse !!! Iīm still having a cold, but itīs not that bad and I really enjoyed work today, cause we had lots of fun !!!! I donīt know why ... although one of my co-workers felt so sad today and was crying all the time, cause her cat died yesterday. The cat was ill, but she didnīt expect it and when she got off work yesterday, she found her lying on the floor ... I felt so bad about being in such a good mood and joking around with some other coworkers ...

I know that kind of feeling. My classmates dog dies a few weeks ago. I came to school in a really good mood and saw her sitting there crying her eyes out. :?

Hope everyone is feeling better. on the subject of pets, I have no clue what Keri will do when she gets home and doesn't see Snoopy there. I only hope I get to bring him home. Grant it is is about 8 lbs over weight which is not good for his meds because they give it to them according to their size. They kept him today because he didn't look good and too since he's seizing on his current pheno - they may have to switch.
