it's not about reflecting psychologically, but about "how to work in a group", representing a society (and which one?)

I believe that yes, we are as people in this group, the ultimate creative resource for S&T.
Also I don't think we can define what to do in PAF too much, because we have no real experience of working together.. that's why there was the proposal of working on 'themes', so that there would be a common tread for all the different works.
I'm thinking to focus more on the structure (especially for the EU_grant) mainly to allow difference to coexist and possibly be a resource. So one can also come to S&T and work on a solo because he/she has no desire to collaborate. Others will want to collaborate..but I'd like it to be open and lack a specific artistic identity.
However we are many people and I think the time in PAF will be necssary to discuss how we want to organize ourselves. I think also in the EU application form, we should declare that we are looking for an alternative form of organization...so that in PAF, and before, there will be a discussion about 'what our group is'... I believe this can also offer many creative possibilities...so it can defenetevly be a proposal to work on how the discussions, the internal organization of the group can be reflected in our creative process there. 'Group' could also be a theme...(of course it needs to be rephrases and amplified as idea but this could be a first proposal
