I am an epileptologist practicing in the United States with a large experience in young women of childbearing years and welcome questions. I just accessed the forum chat so may be alittle slow with responses.

Hello Jane,
it is very kind, that you will answer questions in english. I have no question in the moment, wanted only to say hello and hope this new homepage will be used more and more.
By the way: do you know the books about epiletic experiences made by Dr. Steven Schachter and his crew from Boston? I was really lucky when i found the first one in german, after i wrote him a critic and then he sent me the other 3 books. They had not been translated :D I sent him a german book with peoples stories from here and their first experiences with epilepsy (My first seizure).
2001 i had ordered a trip through New England in autumn and wanted there to visit the hospital where he is working. Then happened 9/11 and the flight was stopped and the whole trip also.
