I love the PotC 2 soundtrack, the King Arthur soundtrack, I really love the song "Remember" of the Troy-soundtrack, I love the Alexander soundtrack and I admire the music of LotR. I also love "Twisted Transister" (Korn) and "Nothing else matters" (Metallica), not to forget about the soundtrack of Tears of the sun and many many more. I love the Eragon song "Keep holding on". Just to name a few. :wink:

I really enjoy a lot of the New Age music like Enya and Secret Garden. I've learned of new artists through you ladies and have borrowed Loreena McKennit and the various soundtracks from our library to listen to. I've got the LOTR 3-disk set right now and listening to all of the mystical music. I think that's what draws me to it- the mystery.
But as far as other genres go, I like Little Big Town- Bring It On Home; Anything by Prince, James Brown, Aretha Franklin, BB King, Eric Clapton, Rolling Stones- Under My Thumb, Brown Sugar, Angie, Can't Always Get What You Want (my life's anthem); The Commedors- Brickhouse; Rick Springfield (corny I know), Cyndi Lauper, Duran Duran, The Cure, OMD, 80's Punk Music in general; One of my favorite cd's is Requium For the Americas- if you can find it, buy it. It has Native American songs by Modern Artists. Check amazon for it- they may carry something.

I love all sorts of music myself but really am partial to the native flute - it is so beautiful and mixed with nature's sounds um what can I say. I do like country music and Diamond Rio and Brooks and Dunn are two of my all time favorites.

I love mystical music, too :wink: LotR is definitaly one of the beautifullest soundtracks ever. I would love to hear the music life.

I love mystical music, too :wink: LotR is definitaly one of the beautifullest soundtracks ever. I would love to hear the music life.
So would I - if they ever do a stage production of it - I plan on going - if it's here in the city that is.

Mouse, that first paragraph could have been written by me! I'm listening to Enya's Greatest Hits album right now! And like you, I have just borrowed Loreena McKennit's albums off my best friend. The music really is lovely. I also own all 3 LOTR soundtracks. They are some of the best soundtracks ever in my opinion. You should listen to the 2004 King Arthur soundtrack, Mouse. If you like LOTR and Enya then you will love this one! I actually think it might be my favourite movie soundtrack ever (just beating LOTR)! :D

I sometimes do listen to it, when I need to clean up - lol - it keeps me moving - lol - and makes me dancing around ... maybe it´s because it really fits to my aerobics - I don´t know ... but the real hard stuff I don´t like either ... there are different types of techno, I guess.

Isn't it funny how listening to fast paced music seems to give you energy? I have to listen to really funky music when I'm at the gym cos it pumps me up and helps to push myself harder.

lol I don't know. I just can't just sit there when I listen to such good music. It's not that I start to dance, but I really start to shake sometimes. Or when I'm writing and the music is getting very powerful... poor keyboard :lol:

You're right. I'm not criticising him for doing it, just pointing out that it's pretty impressive to be doing boxing training at that age. But yeah, it's not like he'd really be getting hit.

yes wel my family has seen the movie ( and i wasn't home at that moment :( still am a fan of Rocky ) and they said the movie was not so good
but i can't believe that ,like i said ,i'm still a big fan of him and want to see it with my own eyes and if it is as my family told me than i wish he never made that last movie ,but only THAN :)
