I just got the bad news, that my workshops I´ve planed together with our youthcenter are canceled !!!
Christian from the youthcenter told me that he and his wife were "asked to quit their job". They were both doing a lot for our youth. They were the once to organize concerts and stuff and to organize events for young people ... and they didn´t get paid for it !!!! The young people liked them a lot and trusted them. There is another social worker who gets paid from the community who started talking bad about them. Now she got what she wanted ... I think it´s sooooooooooo sad !!! Not because of my workshops ( I will just have to think about something else) but for the youth in our town !!! Again they don´t know where to go and what to do ... and what are young people doing when they do get bored and don´t know where to spent their free time ? Right, they gonna cause trouble - get back into drugs and alcohol and stuff ... I hope our local politicians and social workers will think about it when it comes to it ...

This morning I met Christian - well, it was not really meeting him, but when I crossed the street he drove by and told me that he´ll call me to tell me about some good news ... got the impression that he is happy ... so now I´m curious about what news he has to tell me regarding our cooperation !
