He was in "Into the West" ! Remember the episode about the "residential schools" ? He was the boy who ran away and refused to cut his hair. He also is a championship Hoop Dancer !!! I´m really looking forward to seeing him dancing the Hoop Dance !!! He´s 17 years old now (I guess).

You know it's surprising what you can see when you re-watch it. Same with a lot of different movies/mini-series.

Yep, and there are always bit of dialogue you miss the first time too. My attention tends to wander at times, even during the most exciting movies.

Thanks for that Idril, do I get a gold star as well? :P

I find that being at home watching a mini series can be trying because the phone will ring or the dog will want out or someone will come to the door, laundry, bathroom etc. My problem is is I watch it in my bedroom I normally end up falling asleep and missing most of it.

It is so easy to do and I have one of those heating blankets - I turn that thing on and get under the covers and then wham I'm a gonner. I think I'm going to do a movie run this weekend. I'm off on Monday and my daughter has two sleep-overs (b-day parties) this weekend so I'll be "home alone" and since I'm off - it's going to be movie time. I'll get out my LOTR's, ITW, Dreamkeeper, etc and watch them all ...... (do I sound crazy)

    Re: News

    Idril - 18.01.2007, 19:21

Maybe in the zeugnisferien (lol was heißt das auf englisch?). I don't know yet. But it's time to watch the three LotR-movies again. I haven't done that for about a half year and I can't wait to do it again. The only problem is my family... They wont let me use the TV for 12 hours....

Aww...poor Idril. Don´t you family like LOTR?

    Re: News

    Idril - 18.01.2007, 20:26

that's one point. But I can't be sitting in front of the TV the whole day without doing anything else like helping my mum for example or got for a walk with the dog. They just wont let me watch TV for such a long time. It was not good for my eyes etc.

My main problem isn't finding a TV to use - it's finding the time to sit down for that long! I always feel like I have too much else to do to sit down and watch a movie!

You need a TV in your bedroom. I've a small 13 inch (8 years old) and a dvd player - um maybe that's why I fall asleep so much watching TV. The big screen is in the living room and when I can I like to watch my DVD's in there - but I still fall asleep.

Have a receiption to attend this afternoon so after 1 p.m. today I will not be on line. I may come in tomorrow and check things out provided the weather doesn't get too bad - they are calling for some ice and snow to start in tomorrow late.

When my mom moved in with us she brought her TV which left mine to go in the bedroom - Keri had a TV already in hers. It's nice especailly if we all want to watch different shows.

I'll be leaving around 1 again today. Have to go pick up my tire - had a flat Friday and because the reim is bent a little bit - I had to leave it - always something with cars.
