Hi Y'all - I'm back :D Only 5 days till PATHFINDER comes out - and yes Nat in all his glory with Jay and a few others - can't wait.
I've missed my sisters something terrible. I'm feeling better and back at work (we all had to come back today :( I'll be in and out - catching up on things.

No, it´s no movie. He will be going to the Timeless Destination Science Fiction Conference. He´s already been there in 2005. He wants to keep me updated on that one. I´ll publish the link, when they´ve published the program ... maybe I´ll find some pics of the last Conference ... I know I still have them somewhere.

Remember that some of you asked me why Nathaniel turned down a role in BMHAWK? Well, the reason was that Nathaniel didn´t think that HBO should be doing the movie. It´s too sad of a story and he didn´t want to do it.
He´s currently in Edmonton waiting for work. On one hand I´m glad that he has some time to relax a bit, but on the other hand it´s important for an actor to be working ! :wink:

I had a gut feeling that may be his reason - it was very sad and just from my stand point - it's still hard for me to talk about. However I think it was good that they tell the truth about what happened back then. Then too maybe he didn't think they needed to be reopening old wounds.

What was it like shooting this film? Maybe you can tell the fans a little bit about what went on behind the scenes and what that experience was like?
Well there’s a lot of depth involved in these characters cause there’s so much tragedy at this time. In the late 1800s it was hard for American-Indians to protect their identity and their culture. Everybody was trying to force it out of them. And I found that you know, one of my first days working with Eddie Spears who was playing my helper his name was Chasing Crane and I found Eddie was having a tough time emotionally because he is Lakota and when we do a scene where his daughter…his character’s daughter was dying, and seeing you know, the Lakota people dying from Wounded Knee, you could see that he was experiencing the ghosts of his ancestors. And that when he would cry, it would really hurt him and he’s having to experience this over again. And I found myself drawn to the fact that when I started working with everybody it was like they were all ghosts to me,you know? Pretty powerful.

I know I cried right along with him and too I thought it was Eddie's son who died because when the wagon broke down Adam called him Little Hawk and told Eddie to take care of their things and his son. Sean had the daughter who died. I know it had to be extremely difficult for them to do.

I've just been reading some stuff online about Nathaniel and Rising Stars. :roll: Not sure if that has anything to do with his myspace, but it says a lot to me (in regards to the Spears bros "drama" with RS too).

That doesn't surprise me with the press - they are terrible in my town - they screw up and more with each day....they don't seem to care about anything...or anybody.
Wish I could see "Moose TV"....but no channel carries it.

I think a lot of people feel that way - I remember reading horror stories on how they do some of the actors/actresses. I read one time where I believe it was Arnold Schwnigar (sorry can't spell) - they actually wrecked into his car - and pinned him in to get photos.

He’s portraying a veterinarian in the upcoming CBC program Heartland, (not the TNT version) based on the teen book series.
Heartland is a Canadian television drama series, which will debut on CBC Television October 7 !!!

Pretty neat. Sorry I wasn't on today - it was day from hell so to speak. Had to work on a project for one of the professors - got 1/2 way through it and my computer froze and I lost it.
Then late this afternoon I found out that a very dear friend of mine was found dead in her bathroom by her husband. Rick and Linda live in Richmond, VA and her body will be brought back here sometime later this week. She was quite a few years older than me but she never new a stranger and oh how she loved. Her sister Robin is devestated - as are the rest of us.
Please remember them and me in your prayers and thoughts as another wonderful soul has departed this life and makes her jounery home.

Linda is going to be laid out tomorrow from 1 to 8 in Richmond, VA - so that people who know her there can visit - then she'll make the 10 drive home to Louisville, where she'll be laid out one day and then buried. So I imagine Monday is going to be hard because whatever day it is I will go to the funeral. But she lived a wonderful life and was a friend to so many...her home was always opened to everyone and she really knew the meaning of the word "love".

All he has to say is that one shouldn´t believe everything that is written in newspapers and media should stay with the truth.
He and Tracie are fine and doing well !!!
He got very angry about media telling such a bullshit (his words).
If you want to, you can leave a message for Nathaniel and I will forward it to him. Let´s show him our support!

All I can say is that if Nathaniel is right, then he should sue the paper - but I have to say that I find it very hard to believe that the paper would report something so falsely (twice and nothing be done about it). Tracie was in court, ready to testify - therefore why couldn't Nathaniel be there if everything is "fine". :roll:
I'm not saying that Nathaniel is guilty, but he obviously missed a court date (that the papers don't lie about) that was planned 8 months ago - and if everything is "fine" why weren't the charges dropped? (If the charges were dropped then the court date would have been canceled and Nathaniel wouldn't have missed it, and then there'd be no report about it).
There are always at least three sides to every story - yours, mine & the truth. And as I said, while I'm not saying he's guilty - I'm not going to blindly say he's innocent when the stories (his vs the press) just do not add up.
Nathaniel should have sued the paper the first time - as he didn't - unfortunately that makes me question his innocence. As I said - sometimes we have to take the bad with the good regardless of who it involves. :?

The press is so good in telling lies, they would do just about anything to make someone look bad.

yep - it´s true.
Celebrities are human beings too and sometimes the stories told by the media are totally different to the truth ... I´m always careful.
I compare it with the stories my daughter is telling me sometimes. Just like when she has a fight with a friend at school ... it´s always her version of the story, her friend´s version and the truth I can´t tell, if I didn´t hear and see it with my own two eyes ... so it´s hard to judge and that´s why I don´t judge as long as I don´t know what really happened.
hey, if something like that would happen to us, nobody would even think about writing about it ... LOL
