...I suggest reducing the number of players going to matches to like 13 ...that gives more ice -time to each and everyone playing ( including Manfred 8) )...plus , we'd have a stronger team :roll:
...to equalize the additional ice-time for those playing I suggest that there will be one or two extra matches where mostly those players play , that are normally not in the top 13 ....or those being in the top 13 skip one or two practice sessions to make room for the others ,on a voluntarily basis ....
....we had some issues about ice-time from different players the last time and I have to agree ...personally , I feel uncomfortable on the ice and cannot play 100% if I do not have enough ice-time to warm myself up .....and 3 blocks in matches that are already reduced in total playing time does simply not give enough ice-time .....just my 2 cents .......

Honestly I didn´t want to be the coach... AlsoI work with what I got. Manfred will always Bitch and complain. Some people will participate in games others won´t. For the people who are not playing in League games I have set up friendship games for those people. And if anybody else wants to take over my duties as coach please do. You´d think as adults on this team you´d have a little better participation which we do from 90 percent of them but lack of participation from the other 10 percent. You win some you loose some, but you have to take the good with the bad.
