Check out Strommoussheld. It's not exactly brutal though. Hard to describe. If Rob Zombie was Polish and made Symphonic Black Metal, Strommoussheld is what it would sound like.
As far as I know, they only have the one album, "Behind the Curtain".

Age of Silence is very cool, but they're more progressive than avant-garde, i guess.
I checked Negura Bunget, it was good. I'll get more of them soon.
I'll look for that Strommoussheld. Right now i'm looking for Ram-zet's 2nd. release.

well maybe some 6/8 BM with weird lyrics like Ved Buens Ende
Dödheimsgard has also a very weird approach on their last two alsbums
I heard the new Mörk Gryning is also more experimental, well I never listened to it...
