David hat eine CD produziert irgendwann mal. Sie heißt AS IS. Sie war ewig nicht zu bekommen (vielleicht gabs die schon als Platte? Ich weiß es nicht). Jetzt hab ich bei ebay was entdeckt:
David made once a CD called "As Is". It was not available for a long time (maybe it even was originally a vinyl? I dont know). Now I saw something on ebay:

Hallo,
ich habe mir die AS IS bei e-bay besorgt. Sie ist auch schon angekommen.
Mir gefallen die Folk Songs. David hat sie zwischen 1967 und 1996 geschrieben und komponiert.
Es beinhaltet 13 Titel
01 I love you now
02 5 AM
03 A country mile
04 and then she smiles
05 Wanderer
06 Paint
07 Tell me
08 Walkin´ hollow
09 Big mack truck
10 Picasso
11 I need more
12 Chicken song
12 Cosmic joke
Hier noch seine Worte zur CD
I write songs because i can´t help it.
I get an idea, and I scratch the lyrics
on a napkin or the back of a menu.
I lay the chords out on a piano, if on´s handy.
Or on my old Gibson
I don´t write melodies, I write harmonies.
The tune takes care of itself.
Most of the songs are about things
That happened to me.
There´s always some philosophical edges,
Along with a few laughs.
But they´re all really about love.
What else is there?
These tunes were recorded all over the world:
London, Germany, Nashville, Los Angeles.
With some great musicans,
and a few killer engineers.
My brother Bobby´s on guitars and string bass.
Dewey Martin of The Buffalo Springfield
plays a lot of the drums.
Hugh MacDowell is on celo. He´s the best there is.
Vasser Clemens plays his violin,
too good to be called fiddle.
You hear me on vocals, guitar and
grand piano.

I like the folk songs. David had wrote and compose between 1967 and 1996.
