I think xp is ok ... it hasnt too much tools but on my pc it doesnt shut down too much
but vista is the crapiest thing ever seen it shuts down a lot needs a lot of memory and you need to click a lot untill games get started and a lot of programmes doesnt work on it till now ... so i think first the microsoft team should fix up all bugs and then you should buy it
whats your opinion ?

AoE3 doesn´t run under windows vista. that says all for me! :D

it does run... but for example if you wannna play a game which will be recorded aoe will go down^^

wrong! cool_boy can´t play aoe3 since he got windows vista. eso said that they fix this problem in the next patch (or maybe in TAD)

kk I wanted to say with that post that I don´t like microsoft. But Linux and that other programms are no alternate to windows (this programms are crap; much games don´t run with them), so I use windows - but I don´t like microsoft.

linus and apple really rock but .. it suck that all games dont run on it
but apple gets much patches so they can run ... maybe aplle will be alternatvie to micro sooon!

my friend have vista and he can not join but aoe 3 the asıan dnasty is for vista and for xpand he buy aoe 3 the new version

vista is used o be greatest shit just programms like excel outlook express or word are good an ´d the surface of vista seems to be interesting too but the rest CRAP

you need min 512mb ram for vista. that it runs good you need 1gb ram. if you want to play good you also need 2gb ram. that´s crap and wasted computer resources...
