IRC is an online-chat. there you can write with many people at the same time. so it's very good for alliances.
you can get the most used IRC-client here:

or you can join the IRC-network online. that's here:

to get automaticaly +op in our IRC-channel, you have to register an Auth-account. how to to that is written down here:

no, just for online registration, but you needn´t a registration, so you must not pay fpr IRC
