Another one for side of Damned, ranged
Skin like necromancer but in red, flaming staf, etc, or like lich in red and flames :D
Int based hero killer, low hp, low mana, this guy would be feeder in the hands of those who will not know how to play him, and exelent hero killer for those who know :)
Outer plane
Text: Tiamath, as a high ranked deamon, can enter and exit outer plane as he wants to.
Description: spell working like wardens blink, just looks like fire in which Tiamath disapear and same flame when he apear in other location.
Awake the flames
Text: Tiamaths flame controling is on expert rank. This allows him to awake flames there, where they normaly dont apear.
Description: 1/2/3/4 (depends on lvl) tentacles (could look like those of Forgoten, just red or flaming) apear on battlefield just to hit the hero (they will apear,hit,and disapear, this all will happend in like 1-2 secs) each tentacle deals 30 dmg +10 per lvl (can be changed)
Searing shackles
Text: Tiamath mastery with flames grown in such skill that he can order flames to came from the target out to shackle his own body.
Desc: Looks like Cavea ventorum (Aeolus, ToB) but with flames around it, stuning the target for 1s per lvl of this spell and deal dmg 10/+5 per lvl/ per sec as long as target is shackled
Burn
Text: Hellfire comes from deep abys to ignite Tiamaths enemys.
Desc: Can be casted only on heros, reduce their movment speed by 15% for 10s, after that they got 700 dmg/+100 per lvl/ if they will die under this efect they will explode dealing 500 dmg in AoE, this spell cannot be dispeled, but Pandemon needs to chanel it, and if he die b4 spell is finished it will be him who will explode and deal 500 dmg in AoE to his alies
(dmg is fockin high, but if he would be low healthed hero, so easy to stop chaneling)

Ulti is very much the same as my guys. Change it. I would appreciate it, if you tried to make things more thoroughly and clearly. Your descriptions lack many things: manacosts, cooldowns, ranges etc.
Also I urge you to search for models first. Then plan a hero based on the model instead of this way around. Your ideas are good, just work on them more before posting. Ok?

7secs stun is really gg in my eyes!becaus in 7sec every hero that would be ganged is dead!!!if another stunner is around they would be the herokillerteam number1!!!change it to 1+0.5sec per lvl or so

J3lack...I hate having to repeat myself: Read my earlier hero suggestion about Crimson [Fire Knight]. The model you just suggested for this guy is the exact same that Phinix suggested for Crimson.
