I am not very strict(I hope) but I do have a few Rules that need to be followed
1.Only post Spoilers in the Spoiler Forum
2.Avatars may not represent spoilers
3.Do not post Flashing Images directly, only URL.
4.If you have Spoiler Avs in you're Pic Corner PLEASE MARK AS SPOILERS
5.Do not Hotlink. Hotlinking means taking direct Images from a Site. How do you avoid Hotlinking? You upload the Photos to Imageshack or Photobucket
6.Do not Spam
7.If you use an Av made by somebody else please ask permission to use and Credit in Sig
