If your character kills another character near the world PvP locations, you receive a mark based on which zone you are in. Eigentlich ganz lustig obwohl einem hier das Allianz / Horde Verhältnis einen Strich durch die Rechnung machen wird :?

blizz glaubt das sich durch die blutelfen die verhältnisse ausgleichen werden...
aber wir wissen alle das das nen grosser irrtum ist ... die draenei sind nicht so hässlich das sie einen allianzler stören würde... und schönheit der chars allein ist nicht der grund warum soviel mehr allie sspielen!
naja was momentan in der beta drin ist ist nicht spruchreif und so nen 5% exp boost ist ne gute idee aber ich bezweifel das das so bleibt...

Kod: So far only two arenas are open, Blades Edge Arena and Nagrand Arena. Nagrand is a simple layout with 4 pillars at each corner of the open terrain. The developers realized how bland a simple area like this would be, so they added tornadoes that circle the edge of the arena, throwing and damaging whoever comes in contact with it. The Blade’s Edge Arena on the other hand is a lot more complex, containing a bridge and pillars you can jump on top from the center of the bridge. Movement in this arena is key, for there are lots of areas which break line of sight and require melee to jump to reach casters.
das klingt für mich richtig cool... quasi wie guild wars...
auch das mit doppelt soviele leute in einer duellgruppe wie einsetzbar ist...
also 5 vs 5 schlachtfeld /arena hat jedes team bis zu 10 member und kann dann die 5 optimalen aussuchen... bzw. man hat wenn welche nicht dasind alternativen das is echt ne supi idee!
pvp wird anderst werden als in anderen mmogs es wird nicht um welteroberung und ruhm gehen sondern "nur" um items und ranking aber vielleicht wird es doch ganz ok...
wow wird dadurch NICHT zu einem der führenden MMOG's im pvp geschäft aber es wird besser als es heut ist das steht fest :wink:
