Hello VW bus forumers,
Es tut mir leid, aber i bi niet so guet it deutsch oder schweiz deutsch. Wenn English isch es problem, sag mal, und i probier es schwiez freudn zu finden!

I read on the forums several places that do work on old timers like mine, but I'd like to know if you can point me to one in particular for this kind of job:
I own a 1974 T2 bw with fixed highroof and this year I went on holidays to Spain with it.
The engine is new (Typ 126a, runs on SP95, taken from the swiss militay, there was no heating, so we had to adapt it with parts form the old engine). After replacing the engine, it runs very well, and very smoothly. So we went to Spain, and after 3000km, the engine started to puff smoke, and loose power. I stopped on te highway, and had to call TCS assistance. They organized everything and the spanish garage tells me now that the motor is dead (oil in the cylinders and on the spark plugs etc etc.).
I would like to bring the bus back to have it looked at and repaired here in Switzerland. And I MUST repair it if I want TCS to bring it back.
I contacted vW Bus werkstatt, vw bus garage, and maribus for info about if they have the time, the space, and an idea of the price.
EVentully, I'd need to do a bit of body work on it, but this can wait (mostly necessary for MFK)

Try to go to VW Bus Werkstatt in Winterthur. He is doing a great job.
