At the time being i am verry unsatisfied with the current situation for the Gurubians raid community.
That has several reasons but before i go into any details i want to point out clearly, i am NOT trying to prevent raids from happening, and i am not trying to keep certain ppl off raiding either.
I do see a rising interest for 20 ppl instances even in guilds and organisations that already dropped doing ZG as an example.
Several Guru raids didn't start at all during this weekend and during the weekend. Too many healers were already raiding elsewhere, were saved elsewhere and so on (ofc that counts for other classes as well, but healers are always a prob..).
When AoA/SR alts announce a full 20 ppl instance raid, theres surely a lot ppl that cannot join, same might count for a Guru raid and for so called friends raids.
If possible we should consider a merge of both raiding communities as many ppl are already members of both/all of these org's already.
As this is something that has to be diskussed and be consilidated by votes maybe.
One thing i strongly suggest is rewarding DKP to every raid that started at a proper time (15.30 or 23.30) even if its not killing any boss (like the one of 'Oneofakind') and even if there are not enough healers to be found to even start the raid.
If a raider joins a gurubian raid at ~ 15.30 and raids with gurubians for 2,5 hours (or less if raid is disbanded earlier) he has to be rewarded 10 dkp.
This at least benefits the raiders that did stick to gurubians.

I started my own zg raid on saturday, I told grohar about it several days in advanced. I could have leaded aq20 on friday, but that did not go well with the gurubians sqedule.
I am exalted and I have all the tanking loot from zg btw.
As it is now I am not that motivated to lead gurubians raids.
