If you don't then listen UP!......DOWN!
#1 You must go to the battle frontier and enter battle tower have the pokemon you want cloned in your party and save at the battle tower.
#2 Next you must deposit the pokemon with any items you want cloned into the pc (preferably in an empty box) and then Save.
(after this you mustn't switch any of your pokemon or else you will lose then one you switched with while cloning)
#3 Now withdraw the pokemon and take off the items.(DO NOT SAVE)
#4 Finally talk to the lady on the far right(the one who starts link battles)now chose a level and select 2 acceptable pokemon from your party now when she asks that your progress must be saved say yes. Now there will be nothing said for about 3 secs, in 2 secs eather restart or turn off the game boy.
#5 Now When you come back you should have the pokemon in your party and the items in your bag and the pokemon you wanted to clone in your pc with the items if you messed up when you turn on you game boy you will be infront of the lady and she will say something if it was succusessful you will be infront of he and she won't say anything.
I would like to note that i am in no way accounting for anything that happens to your game should you mess up badly i a also having no part in discovering this fantisy it was found out by someone i do not know.
Let your boxes be filled with mutiples of the same pokemon.

I cloned 386 Cunes to trade per Wi-FI
that will be sooooooooooooo damned cool

there is also a way to do mass item cloning
same basic principal, and you can do 30 at a time. its on gamefaqs, so go there if you are interested in finding it, because i dont remember it all.
