This is my first time making an analysis, sorry if it isn't helpful. I will update it as i learn more.

Moveset A:
@ Choice Band
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Rock Slide
The choice band is good if you use it right. If you mess up, just switch out and when you use him again, he can pick a new move. I focused on speed here. Rock Slide for other Salamence comes in handy.
Final Stats for this move set:
HP: 332
Attack:369
Defense:196
Speed:327
Sp.Attack:229
Sp.Defense:195

Choice band again. Here I focused on the defense, so you could hopefully withstand a rock slide or ice beam if you are lucky.
