    My expectations for raids
I'll just list some of the things I believe is extremely important for us to be aware of in order to help the guild get as far as possible when we are raiding. If you have any comments, suggestions or whatever, please reply in this thread.

    General rules concerning raids:
1: People that sign up for raids always have priority over those that don't, so if you haven't been allowed into MC for a month, it's probably because you didn't sign up

2: If you have been accepted for a raid, you are supposed to be online when invites start (30 minutes before the start of the raid), if you are not online 15 minutes before the raid starts, you lose your spot in the raid, and will as far as possible be replaced with another Rogue.

3: ALL your equipment (including resist gear) must be at 100% durability when you join the raid, it is extremely annoying to have people with broken items after 2-3 wipes.

4: We are (like all other classes) supposed to bring the necessary potions, etc. for raids. In our case, the most important are:
-Major healing potion (I usually think 5 is enough for MC)
-Greater fire protection potion (enough for several wipes at Raggy, I always bring at least 10 to MC if we're going for Rag)
-Elixir of the Mongoose (this one is a definite must, 2% crit and 25 AG for an hour, I expect ALL of you to bring enough to constantly be buffed)
Apart from these, there are other buffs such as Juju from Winterspring, Winterfall Firewater and a variety of food buffs that all help us perform better during raids.

5: Please make sure to keep Ventrilo clear of irrelevant noise, especially during bossfights, our healers know when to heal, and noone else cares if a Rogue dies, just like noone cares if you have just set a new SS crit record. It is extremely important that MT, raid leader, and other people in charge of tactics can be heard clearly on Ventrilo.

6: Please refrain from writing things like "OMFG", "FFS", etc. in the raidchat, you're very unlikely to fix the problem by doing so, and you can always complain in the roguechat if you think someone is a complete n00b :D

7: Stay sharp during the whole raid, if we start slacking just because everything is going fine, we're highly likely to wipe, or at least slow our progress if we do not focus on the tasks ahead.

8: If you for some reason need to be AFK during a raid, clearly say so in the Roguechannel, stating why, and how long you will be away. Going AFK before or during a bossfight (even if you have died) is only allowed in cases of dire emergency, not just because you're getting a phone call, or your doorbell is ringing.

I forgot to mention poisons and dense sharpening stones  You are of course supposed to bring enough for the whole raid :D

Also, we've just decided that it is now a REQUIREMENT to install KTM, which is a threat meter. With this, you can see who has what amount of threat, but it only works for the people who has it. Therefor, it's a requirement from now on, so we and yourself can see when you have too much threat and are in danger of stealing aggro.

    Go get it HERE !

Also, a few minor things, which you all propably have:

    - 300 First Aid (duh!). We can't always rely on healers, so bandage in boss fights!!! (and bandage hunters/mages/lcoks in Shazz fights, they like it :)) And remember to bring at least a full stack of bandages at each raid!

    - Cooking and fishing? Yes, cooking and fishing! It's always nice to have +10-12 stam, +20str or +10agi (when it becomes winter again, so we can get some squids). If you don't have cooking or fishing, grind some dog meat or something and send them to Ally or me, and we'll make some steaks for you. No reason to miss the +10/12 stamina in a boss fight. The easy way to get food buffs is to buy some sun fruits (+10str) from Argent Dawn.

    - Becomce at least revered with AD to get the +5 to a chosen ressistance, and becomae at least friendly with Cenarion Circle, so we get the healing buff from the NPCs at Rajaxx, which helps the healers a lot, since the only wipe situation at this boss is when they run out of mana (or Bliz chooses to make it bug on us).

    - 300 Lockpicking, EVERY lvl 60 rogue, must have this, it's not that hard to train, just damned borring. Look up a guide at allakhazam og thottbot. Not, that you can use it in a raid, but get it.....

All lvl 60 Rogues without LP 300 are extraordinarily huge n00bs, and will not be allowed in BWL raids, so if you fall into the noob category, go train very, very soon!

    PS.
I will bring an eternium lockbox with me for BWL to see if you guys can open it, if you can't, you're considered a noob and will be guildkicked, so don't sign up for BWL raids without 300 LP, and please leave the guild if you don't have LP 300 before the end of august 2006.

    PPS.
The part concerning LP skill only applies to Rogues

I'm not really sure if I'll guildkick you for not having 300 LP... wrote the above post in a sudden fit of rage :D
