    Re: GERMAN LESSON

    cyanshark - 13.07.2006, 14:09

    I don´t expect it, though! :keks1ss

    Re: GERMAN LESSON

    BrunnenG - 13.07.2006, 21:50

    Ah
Please give me some tasty crackers.

Now, say it for me in German, please!

    Re: GERMAN LESSON

    cyanshark - 14.07.2006, 08:28

    Ok.
There are two ways for it.You can ask("Could you please...?")so that would look this way:

"Könntest Du mir bitte ein paar leckere Kekse geben?"

And you can translate the sentence as you wrote it down("Please give me...")that would look so:

"Gib mir bitte ein paar leckere Kekse."

So - - - now you know!

    Re: GERMAN LESSON

    BrunnenG - 14.07.2006, 22:55

    Okay
If I said it, you would say:

Your accent is so bad, my German ears bleed!

But, I still get the little crackers, okay?

    Re: GERMAN LESSON

    cyanshark - 15.07.2006, 10:54

You always get crackers from me.
    And I´ll love your accent.
    :bussi:

    !
I know it is Italian but.......

How would you say...I would like pizza for dinner, please.

    :456

    Re: GERMAN LESSON

    cyanshark - 16.07.2006, 11:03

There you could say for example:

"Ich hätte gerne Pizza zum Abendessen."

    :blob:

    Re: GERMAN LESSON

    BrunnenG - 17.07.2006, 04:51

    !
    English is easier!

    Now:

How do you say, "Let's have a sandwich," in German?

    :456

    Re: GERMAN LESSON

    cyanshark - 17.07.2006, 07:42

Again more than one way to say it.The closest way to translate your sentence exactly would be:

    "Lass uns ein Sandwich essen."

    Re: GERMAN LESSON

    BrunnenG - 18.07.2006, 00:44

    !
    Now add this for me:

    Let's have a cheese sandwich.

    :juh8pr

    Re: GERMAN LESSON

    cyanshark - 18.07.2006, 14:48

    :456

    Re: GERMAN LESSON

    cyanshark - 19.07.2006, 17:19

"Ich würde heute gerne Chinesisch zu Mittag essen."

    Re: GERMAN LESSON

    BrunnenG - 20.07.2006, 18:07

    Re: GERMAN LESSON

    cyanshark - 21.07.2006, 10:26

"Heute essen wir in einer Salat-Bar"

    I´ve a question:
If I translate all this for you, do you read it out loudly?I would love to hear that!

    Re: GERMAN LESSON

    BrunnenG - 21.07.2006, 17:36

    !
To hear my accent on German?

    Re: GERMAN LESSON

    cyanshark - 09.08.2006, 11:03

I posted it to your Bruceboard actually. It didn´t arrive did it?I really don´t know why it doesn´t work at my pc.

Anyway. We have paper money and coins, like everywhere.
The main site of the coins or papers are always equal so you know it´s an Euro. But the other site is free for every country, so the countries can choose freely what they want on there.Sometimes famous buildings, famous persons or anything like that.Lots of people collect Euros from every country, but most of people want the old sytem back, so every country gets its own money. The politicians wanted to make a wonderful system because now you can pay with your money in almost all countries of Europe, but we all hate the Euro because everything got veryveryvery expensive.Germany´s poor. And if you go to France for example and want to pay with your money, it´s even more expensive than in Germany! So this system´s awful and useless. And Scandinavia,Britain and a few other countries didn´t want the Euro, so they still have their own money! They´re lucky!

If you want a pic, go to Google.Or I´ll try to scan a sheet of money and then send it to you lol.
