Because this guild is basicaly for Entertainer to have fun, play, socialise and meet / make friends it was a bit difficult at the beginnig of all to explain what's about DW was thought to became in case of supporting Events.
Even because of some happenings, which aren't really new to me because of an other guild i was in, we had same things happend later (because of Roleplayer and not Roleplaying people), i decide to re-organise Dark Water in parts.
That means:
DW will run like it is as well. Just a lil form will change about that thing "Supporting Events".
Why is that?
Entertainment is a service i will offer to those which want to hire. I guess i haven't explained my thinking about it in a way for all to get into it. Because i don't want to have intern discussions and such kind, even as i wont to upset people because I'm getting into a mad mood because "Promoted Events" were going to "fail" i will change rules for that case.
"Promoted Events" are Events where people put a lot of their time into, to organise them, just to give that whole "Server-Community" an Event to meet, have fun and anything else. They are spending a lot of time to create games and what ever to make those Events a well running time of pleasure and fun.
If someone ask for Entertainer is that meant, that they want to have Entertainer which are able to 1st entertain people, 2nd able to have fun and get others into happy mood too, 3rd doing shows (that's not a must at all) 4th able to keep a party running for a time. Entertainers take an important position on such meetings in
All about that was the reason why i decided to get an international guild. So that we have in future a crowd of people (actually even not really enough - no question *smile*) able to get into it and rock the galaxy.
To keep safe that we are able to support such "promoted Events" i need in case Informations / member i can count at. Because i don't want it for all to become a must to run from one event to another and such kind, I will setup a DW intern Grp of Entertainer, which were those called for promoted Events - All other member could even support those Events as well - All i want is to know if you are able to support at an Event or not. A single simple reply to my mail / post in forum. Those Event-Information are anytime available a useful time-before that Event is set to start. So we always have enough time to think about what we want to do at that event, even as there is enough time to send me an information if you are able to support at that date or not.
To talk about that Grp intern of DW:
DW-Entertainment-Grp:
You need additional to general "DW-Rules" following abilities:
- Used to be alot of time online / available
- Able and willing to use forum
- Knowing and identifying themself with, that this kind of Entertainment i want to offer is NOT just fun - It is still kinda work, which also needs time a week to meet and think about creating "fancy" shows and such kind - Maybe also things like theatre storys (but actually i wont think about that)
This will be general changings in the next weeks.
