HOTELSHOP PACKING LIST
Before you leave to a property make sure you have:
• Laptop with Strider software
• Correct Strider form on the laptop
• Laptop battery charger
• Digital camera with a charged battery (time and date set correctly)
• Camera battery charger
• Mobile telephone with a charged battery
• Mobile telephone battery charger
• Recording devise (mobile phone, tape recorder, digital recorder etc.)
• PDA (in case you have one) and its battery charger
• Memory stick or a floppy disk for Business Centre document printing test (there must be a document
you can print saved already).
• Correct clothing (not over/under dressed) certainly when an on property debriefs is assigned.
• Notebook
• Pen
• Correct guidelines (timeline) printed, read, 100% understood
• Tasks planned on the timeline
• Questionnaire printed, read, 100% understood
• VALID PASSPORT or another type of ID required for travelling (check if visa is necessary when
booking your trip)
• Tickets for plane, train, bus, etc.
• Printed time schedules of busses, trains (in case will be needed)
• CASH (make sure you have correct currency exchanged before you leave if needed).
• Credit Card (with the needed credit level available!)
• Wallet
• Telephone numbers in case of emergency
• Leave your hotel name and telephone numbers with your beloveds
• Embassy details representing your country abroad
• Hotel address and reservation details/confirmation
• Good night rest!
