    Wooden case for planeparts?
I found this wooden case on a fleamarked yesterday. First thing I noticed was the "Fliegernummer" on it. It wasn't expensive, so I gave it a go (needed a proper case to store books in anyway). When I got home I checked the internet for more information about it, but after numerous tries I couldn't find anything, nor a proper translation on the text inside ("Ersatz-Plombenschrauben" Spare ??? screws/bolts/plugs?). :n4:

Also the case seems to be re-painted during the war. It shouldn't be painted at all, just like the interior (note the green paint over the black paint of the locks). It might have to do something with a re-use of it (note the different number on the inside).

Any other thoughts about this case?
    Many thanks in advance!

    Best regards,
    Ivo.
