Dear guildmembers,
due to recent chaotic party planning i hereby announce an update to tour weekly party.
1) Everyone has to know which character he brings for the party by wednesday 22.00 german time. This character decision is final.
2) The map for the party and the level range must also be clear at this time.
3) All characters participating must be ready to depart to the agreed map at 19.30 german time.
4) Anyone who is to late can join in later, but has to get there by himself then.
5) If you can not participate, but have agreed to come, let us know before the party starts so we don't wait for nothing.
These are not "iron rules" though. If people get more organized, then things should go well without me having to write more like this.

Also suggest that someone starts a thread by Friday at latest to discuss next party. Even if you don't have any ideas, starting the thread will encourage other people to come out with their ideas. (now off to nail down some things for this Thursday...)
