B17 Parts
Hello,

This is coming from B17 Flying Fortress # 42-32101 "El Lobo II" from 457th Bomber Group, downed France on march 17 1945. All crew safe.
Any idea ?




It is written on one side "Boeing" and 41 9506 on the other side ...

Any idea welcome !

Stef,

the number 41-9506 is not in my B-17G part list, but the number 41-9507.
This is the part "Link - Hoisting", fixed one time in the wing (between fuselage and wing).

Yes Nils, it looks like a link. Parhaps there were several one on each wing ?
