Hi all,
I have found a little part of the presumed nose part of an F-6D; I only can read the begining of the number on it, 106-... have no photo at the moment.
I would like to have a drowing or detailed photo of the first one part of the fuselage, coming just against the spinner (also the first "static" part, covering the hub). This part should be a circular part, on alu, riveted, same diameter as the diameter of the spinner. On it should come the coloured "nose band" for a mustang having one.
My part is outside yellow painted, the plane is everywhere natural "silver" on the numerous ather parts I found.
Thanks for your help.
Mathias

Hi Paul,
I have photographied the part; I only can read the begining of the number, as 106-.....
Can you see something like that on your manual, presumed in the nose area?
Thanks for help
Mathias

Mathias,
it´s sadly impossible to identify this disformed part without a part number with more digits...

Hi Paul,
here is a sketch of how the part is looking like. I now think it is to little for being a circle in area of the spinner.
What could it be? Part of the wheel maybe?
Mathias
