    The first song
What's the first Iron Savior's song that you loved?, the song that you saied when listened it "wow, this band is REALLY good"
My first song was "Prisioner of the void", yeah it's fantastic, after gone Solar wing, Seek and Destroy.... well the normal....

    Wong Chung Bang - 18.05.2004, 00:47

"Watcher in the Sky"... well, that was the first full Iron Savior song I heard, and I loved it. The very first I heard of IS was a thirty-second sample of "Condition Red" on Amazon's site, which prompted me to find more of their music as I instantly loved the chorus.

    Danath - 19.05.2004, 02:35

The first song I listened of Iron Savior was Coming Home. Then I listened the Unification album in privacy and my love to Iron Savior began with Deadly Sleep.

    Re: The first song

    Arto - 19.05.2004, 13:26

First song I heard was Watcher In The Sky when I bought Gamma Ray's Somewhere Out In Space back in 1997 but first time I got really into Savior when I heard Deadly Sleep from Unification :D

    Re: The first song

    atlantis - 19.05.2004, 15:18

Same here. First heard "Watcher in the Sky" in Somewhere Out in Space. When I learnt that was also a Savior song, I got interested. I downloaded "Atlantis Falling", and liked it. But maybe not that deep, because I dind't think of it as special.
Then after a massive CD-hunt, I finally saw Unification in one of the stores There, which was a BIG thing. So I got into Savior with 'Coming Home'! :D
Now, I LOVE "Atlantis Falling".

    My 1st IRON SAVIOR.
Album IRON SAVIOR in 1997. I've listened to this album again and again for 6 months. I like all songs, especially Riding On Fire, For The World, Atlantis Falling, and Watcher In The Sky. I still love them :D

First song for me was Coming Home. It was on a Noise bonus CD that came with the Stratovarius best of. Then I borrowed Unification from the library (!) and got hooked.

    Re: The first song

    atlantis - 04.07.2004, 13:41

Coming Home - the travelling in space feel! :D Wow, your library has powermetal? (let alone metal?) Lucky guy :P Oh, and welcome :D

    Re: The first song

    nero9000 - 05.07.2004, 04:03

Well I live in Finland, the promised land of heavy metal, where even the libraries are full of it

    Danath - 05.07.2004, 22:58

    Re: The first song

    atlantis - 07.07.2004, 11:27

    Definately! :P Metal everywhere! :D

    Re: The first song

    Wong Chung Bang - 07.07.2004, 20:51

The only remotely "metal" CD that my library has is Iron Maiden's Virtual XI, which is rather strange because it's perhaps the least popular of their albums.

    Re: The first song

    atlantis - 08.07.2004, 14:50

Oh sure, we've got TONS of metal at OUR library! We've got iron, copper, aluminum...

    Re: The first song

    Observador Celeste - 08.07.2004, 22:36

    Library
Then I should open a "library" in México... I guess I have enough material, he he he...
Just I'm not sure If I want to share it with strangers...
    LOL! :D

    Lenrok - 10.08.2004, 13:48

well, im a relative newcomer to IS, I only have 4 albums, but to be honest, the first time I heard them I was hooked, and that track was seek and destroy on Dark Assault.Since I got that album I been searching them down, srtip mining the metal sections of local record shops until I find them all.I hope it doesnt take me too long!

    Re: The first song

    Angelvi - 10.08.2004, 15:06

    IRON, IRON SAVIOR!!!!!
I'd say the first song would be Iron Savior, which was the second IS song I heard. The first was No Heroes. I'm not saying it's a bad song. I just wasn't into metal music at the time, so it wasn't until the second song that I really developed a liking for the band. And I really like No Heroes now, more than when I first heard it. You could say Iron Savior was what got me into metal music in general. (Even though it's the only metal band I really listen to. haha. :P)

    Re: The first song

    Stas Hoffmann - 11.08.2004, 00:14

The 1st song of IS (exept of GR "Somewhere Out In Space') was "The Arrival" intro of the "Iron Savior" album. So the 1st real song was "Atlantis Falling" atlant is falling, ho-ho :D
And the drum lines were exstremely fantastic!

    Re: The first song

    strangehighways - 12.08.2004, 11:20

The first song I heard was Titans of our Time and is still a favourite of mine to this day!!
Basically, I was in a cd shop in Birmingham, where they sell new and 2nd hand cds, and Condition Red in the box with the poster was only... 50p!!!!! Yeh!!! 50p!!! SO of course, I knew the name Iron Savior, but hadnt heard the music, so I had to get it as Im a huge power metal fan. When I played the cd, I was just speechless!!! I would pay £20 for the cd!!! or more!!! SO now I have 3 albums, the last 3 IS albums:) I will get the others in the future:)

    Endigo - 05.06.2006, 10:11

    The Battle
    Mind over matter
    Prisioner of the Void

    were most loved songs.
And later "Ironbound" and "Tales of the Bold" became best for me.
