[Just Chillin 21]

I was just wondering. Since things are changing and stuff for the next year, what are some opinions on having the junior practice on monday and wednesday, or wednesday and friday, and having the 1st team practice on tuesday and thursday as before.

I was thinking about something like this cause then it will allow the juniors to be coached by the coaches and any other First Team players who want to help out, and also allow any interested juniors to come to the first team practices and learn some more as well as help out with the scout team.

This will also allow the first team to have all of it's players at practice, instead of having them split time between coaching the juniors and preparing with the 1st team.

I've talked to some people about this and they really like the idea, but I decided to put this in the forum to see what's up.

good idea... so it's also not to hard for the new guys (juniors) to step in to the sport... and for those juniors, who want to push up their skills it could be great.

@J.C. have you already asked the coaches about this? 'cause u could contact bunker and tell him. there's a junior meeting next week on thursday, so we could discuss all this.

Well since right now the acting coaches are Me and Paul I've asked us and we thing it's a good idea. I've spoken to Moritz intensely about it as well as a couple other juniors, so if enouhg people say that it sounds good then it will be done. That will allow me and the other import to be able to help coach the juniors on the days what we don't have practice.

It just makes sense, but we have to get people to speak up in order to make a change....
