Hello - I put this in another forum and thought I should put it here too.
Moose TV is a new series starring Adam Beach, Nathaniel Arcand, Jennifer Podemski, Gary Farmer, Billy Merasty and more. The first of 8 episodes airs Thursday July 5th @ 9:30 pm EST on Showcase (Canadian station). The episodes will be streamed on the Showcase website the day after each episode is originally aired.
I'm not sure if they are going to expand it after the 8 episodes or not, but with Adam working on Law & Order SVU and his character in Moose TV seems central to the show - I'm not sure how it's all going to work out.

I have to say after watching some videos at the official site and checking out the photos, I am quite excited to see this. And the geeky Adam/Nathaniel fan that I am I'll most likely be taping each and every episode.
I put this in here because it pertains to both Adam & Nathaniel and didn't want to 'favour' one over the other - sorry if it isn't the correct place and if it needs to be moved please do so. Thanks. |

Do you think it will be shown in the US? Adam is a fine actor as is Nathinel.

I'm not sure, but I do know that Showcase will stream the episodes the day after their original air date - so I would check the site tomorrow and see if it will play.
I have had experience with NBC/ABC and CBS where because I'm in Canada the streaming videos don't work - hopefully that won't be the case here. |

I'll do that - I know sometimes certain stations will pick up shows from up in Canada

We had Moose TV at our film festival back in March. I guess they started filming that one back in 2005 ... I remember Nathaniel talking about it.

I'll check out my Direct TV today and see if Showcase is on there - if not  but at least I get to see Adam in SVU - sorry I still want to say SUV.

| I watched the first episode last night - it was good. I laughed. But man my crush on Adam is pretty serious. I'll watch all the episodes cause until SVU starts (has it started yet? when does it start?), it's something to see weekly with Adam & Nathaniel (too cute). |

oh I watch Law and Order (all 3) all the time and the new season will start sometime in late August I believe and now they are showing reruns. I did get to see the season finale with Adam (he was on for a total of maybe 10 minutes) but it was good.
When Law and Order come on - I don't take calls or any interuptions - even if they are reruns......I'm possessed  In fact my ring tone is the Law and Order Theme

Well it looks like those of us who are in the US won't be able to watch it. I just went and clicked on the link and a message came up saying "this video is not available in your country"

Oh no!! I was fearing something like that (American channels do that to me all the time). Bummer. I may be able to sort something out...not sure yet. |

So I talked to my IT guy to see if there was away around them blocking non-Canadian viewers - and no such luck - the video is deeply embedded within the page. Hopefully it will be released on DVD - Showcase (Canada) tends to release it's original shows on DVD. |
