Sure it's a good idea and I could write a story about it but there are already such stories and films (look at Alien vs. Predator for example). I rather write my fantasy stories :wink:

it can be a fantasy story, too. Just imagine there are fairy people living in a wonderful underwater world ... defending there world from us or something like that.

Help End Discrimination Against Tribal Energy Projects
Currently, Native American tribes aren't eligible for the federal
production tax credit available to non-tribal project owners under law.
Without this 2 cents per kWh tax credit, most wind farms just can't get
built. The result, and it has already started, is that most commercial
scale wind development on tribal reservations won't be native-owned. The
Great Plains tribes have excellent wind resources on their reservations,
and they have a historic opportunity to lift themselves out of poverty
with the wind. Because of the federal tax code, the opportunity remains
just out of their reach.
You can help change that! Two bills, S.2520 and the H.R. 1954
propose changing the tax code to allow tribes to benefit from the tax
credit. Please encourage your representative to push these bills forward
and help change the course of history!
