And if there is a draft, and you choose to go to jail, you can't leave the country anyway, they won't allow you into a country if you have a criminal record.

There hasn't been a draft in the U.S. since WWII ... further more since the last draft they found it to be unconstituional to hold one AND there can't be a draft unless Congress approves Im shocked and disgusted that some of you actually thought it was a plausible thing.. I understand the idiots who create controversy about Palpatine and his administration conspiring to bring the draft back.. which is a dumb thing to think because again IT HAS TO GO THROUGH CONGRESS... but some of you thought it was still in exsistance?
