sugar, salt and fluids..

I usually go for coca cola, dim sims with soy sauce and lots of water..

But I don't really drink enough to get hangovers any more..

Sammy, they are rolled beef tacos in a spicy tomato chili sauce with cheese, very nice for a hangover.
