I haven't smoked for 8 whole days thanks to the patch, the gum, and these pills that make you sick.

Keep in mind I smoked over a pack a day for the last 7 years of my life.

When I did it was marlboro reds.

yeah, i started smoking out of boredom. I used to not drink, and so when I went out with friends I sometimes got bored when they got really shitfaced and stupid, so I started smoking. Then I kept smoking because nothing helps late night programming like a smoking break.

All kinds of tobacco are available, usually cut as shag, and very fresh and with much more moisture than the tobacco found in cigarettes, and sold in 50gram packs.

When smoking stuff not made from nicotiana, it's almost never pot, but pure hashish mixed with tobacco. Pot is kinda hard to come by unless you grow it yourself. Or so I'm told; I wouldn't know, of course.

I've only smoked tobacco on a couple occasions where I'd had world-class shitty days. I sucked down a pack on those occasions in one sitting though, I've never been one for moderation. I don't like flavored cigs, menthols especially are nasty. Not to mention all the fiberglass in menthols <shudder> You'll cough up blood in no time.
